Job ID: 146881 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time For our Siemens Wind Power – Service Renewables – Training Execution we are looking for a Head of the training execution. We need a candidate with a strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of managing a business with full P/L responsibilities. Siemens Wind Training: Delivery of high end training solutions within Safety, technical and business processes to support internal business as well as external customers obtaining the skills and competences required to perform work on wind turbine sites to a high level of safety standard and technical competences and skills. What are my responsibilities? • Manage and secure that the strategy agreed is implemented throughout the organization • Achieve end targets through change management and implementation of “lean at office” principles. • Oversee a professional and capable team of employees, in finance, administration, sales, own instructors and external associated instructors. • Manage all financial aspects of the business - including full responsibility for budgets, forecasts, profit and loss, and expenditures on a KPI driven basis. • Simplify and structure a complex and hectic daily business so ensure a stable working environment in a growing organization. • Approach challenges with a ‘can do’ spirit and always focus on the solution. • Manage communications and public relations with all relevant stakeholders. What do I need to qualify for this job? • The candidate must possess a strong leadership talent though having an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency, driven to deliver on financial performance, able to manage processes and cost, learn quickly, and have the ability to manage and develop relationships with employees, clients and key stakeholders. • Ability to work at all levels in the organization. • Must be highly self-driven and result oriented. • Must have excellent communication skills in English. • Must have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience within management and/or people management. • A management degree/education is an advantage Knowledge about the training industry and/or the wind industry is an advantage In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
