Avanti Wind Systems is looking for an experienced Training Manager primarily with a strong focus on hands-on with Customers, Customer Satisfaction, Back Office and secondarily on Sales and Aftersales. The right candidate is a self-directed goal-orientated individual with excellent communication skills and enhanced experiences in coordinating and developing technical training programmes. E-learning • Management of the Avanti Wind Systems E-learning developments • Manage the Avanti Wind Systems E-learning on a daily basis • Help desk for internal and external Avanti Wind Systems E-learning users • Setting up users • Tracking user progress • Handling and issuing/maintaining user certifications Manage Avanti External Training • Schedule coordination of trainers • Tracking user certificates • Tracking of course evaluation Quality and Compliance Customer satisfactions with training programmes (evaluations & feedback) Building new customers (Sales of E-learning) Experience & Expertise • Strong background and work experience with training and educational programmes • Awareness of the Safety and Rescue industry is an advantage • Experience with the latest technology for training and education • At least 3 years experiences in sales and training coordination • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High comfort level working in a global environment • Ability to understand technical products and communicate the function and benefits of these • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and knowledge of Navision is an advantage • Advanced English, Danish and some German language skills are mandatory. • Experience from the Wind Energy industry and working with educational programmes and sales is an advantage.
