Senior Product Manager – Analytics, ML, & BI Would you welcome the chance to be an integral part of a disruption in contextual and experience marketing analytics? Utilising the power of our Experience database, Sitecore’s Experience Platform has all the contextual intelligence data coupled with a strong product foundation to lead this market disruption and help revolutionize the relationship between consumers and brands. Sitecore is looking for an experienced, skilled and talented Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and development of Sitecore’s Analytics products while coming up with a roadmap to integrate machine learning and interfaces with business intelligence systems into the Experience Platform. The role: •Defining and delivering the roadmap for our Analytics capabilities, which include: complex and automated insights, a connected analytics experience, and an omnichannel approach to data •Being the ‘Subject Matter Expert’, by understanding prospects and customers, delivering strategic assessments and benchmarking against competitive offerings •Envision and validate how ML and BI technologies can be integrated into the Experience Platform and build detailed roadmaps to achieve this •Working in close collaboration with Product Strategy to guarantee a ‘best in class’ solution •Leading a dedicated delivery team through the role of Product Owner Key tasks will include: •The research, discovery and understanding of market problems and potentials •The research, discovery, and understanding of underlying technical problems and dependencies •Working closely with our partners to understand the features and functionality wishes for the roadmap •Working with Sitecore’s development teams to deliver analytics offerings through the product life-cycle •Be the most enthusiastic person in the company about Analytics, working with internal stakeholders across the company to explain and understand our value proposition as well as working closely with key customers and partners to continually improve the product offering. You should be/have: •Proven expertise about analytics and knowledge about competitors offerings •A demonstrated ability to deliver products •Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile •A creative thinker with skills in critical analysis •Superior attention to detail in developing product documentation and analyses •Precise and effective customer communications, especially for internal customers •An ability to think creatively and strategically, while executing methodically •Superior verbal and written communications skills Ideally you will have: •A keen understanding of all of the elements which make up an Analytics product with a customer centric view. •Strong background working in analytics or big data environments •Strong experience with machine learning technologies is a significant plus •Hands-on technical background working with analytics and machine learning technologies is a significant plus •Experience in managing, designing or working explicitly with Mid-Market/Enterprise platforms. •Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, sAFE, Scrum) How to apply?
