In our Global Mobility Centre we are a dedicated and professional team of two consultants and a manager responsible for handling all issues related to global mobility in Ramboll. Your responsibilities as Global Mobility Consultant As a Global Mobility Consultant you will handle the Ramboll Global Mobility Programme, where you will manage and coordinate global mobility task and activities from A to Z globally. You will drive our Assignment Lifecycle Support process with many different tasks and issues related to cross-border activities. In doing so, you collaborate closely with stakeholders at many locations. You will also work with foreign local hires and cross-border employees for Ramboll Denmark. We expect you to deliver global mobility services to certain business areas e.g. preparation of assignment cost calculation based on home-salary approach and drafting international assignment contracts, conduct information meetings with the assignee and possible accompanying partner, take responsibility as one-point-of contact and coordinate and drive mobility processes. Further-more, we expect you to: •Coordinate and manage service vendors (tax, relocation, destination services and immigration) •Work with continuous improvement and development of global mobility You and your competencies Ideally, you have a similar role today and have 2-5 years of experience working with global mobility in a multinational company. Furthermore, we expect you to have the following experience: •Relevant academic background in a HR- or Business-related field. •High focus on adding value in everything you do •Strong understanding of figures and fluent in written and spoken English •Excellent communication and collaborations skills with an analytic and commercial mindset •Good understanding of complexity from international immigration law and/or tax law You thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks and adapt easily to new challenges. You are well-structured and meet agreed deadlines with high quality. You keep up-to-date with legis-lation and practice, mobility trends and best practices. Knowledge-sharing comes natural to you.
