As the HR Leader for our Headquarter in Copenhagen you will be a key part of this journey and play a central role in how we enable the business to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities As Head of HR for our Headquarter you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless execution of the yearly HR processes for our Headquarter office. At the same time you will play a key role in delivering the strategic people agenda in close alignment with Business Leaders at all levels in the organisation and our Corporate HR team. The role reports to the Head of Global HR Operations in Maersk Oil and will be part of our Global HR Operations leadership team. You will be expected to deliver results locally through a global mind set and a strong ability to manoeuvre the complexity of a corporate setting, and have the ability to create follower-ship at all levels in the organization. • Lead a team of experienced HR professionals across HR partnering, C&B, recruitment and shared services • Ensure strong delivery of yearly operational processes such as Performance management, Talent management and strategic workforce planning. • Lift the bar for how we drive efficient HR operational excellence in Maersk oil • Drive and deliver HR Projects as per strategic and tactical agenda • Stakeholder engagement across APMM and with external partners such as payroll, relocation support etc. • Develop the capability of the HR team both at the individual and team level. Who we are looking for For this key role in our HQ we are seeking the following: • Degree educated with 10-12 years functional experience in HR, ideally as a Team Leader or HR Manager • Ability to create follower-ship and drive team performance and engagement • A strong HR operational excellence mindset • Experience of navigating a global and complex international or HQ environment • A ‘we’ before ‘I’ attitude • A pragmatic self-starter and with a strong focus on action • A diverse view of the world and understanding of multicultural environments • Builds trusted relationships and able to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation *LI-NR1 Last application date: 21 January 2016.
