About the department People and Organisation in MMASE supports the business in all aspect of the HR value chain. The team supports both corporate and affiliate functions in Novo Nordisk in driving organisational development and HR processes. You get the opportunity to join a team of six employees with a variety of backgrounds. We use our differences to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions. The job We strive for delivering excellent HR support to line of business and you will take part in various projects and task related to this. You will among others be part of projects like MMASE Career Guide, MMASE Academy, internal communication in MMASE etc. The right candidate will have opportunities to influence the projects he/she will be involved in. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about HR, communication and coordination/administration tasks. You are currently studying on your master degree in communication, HR or related fields. The ideal candidate has some knowledge of web page work. Furthermore experience with project management would also be an advantage. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.
