We are looking for a new manager to lead the further journey for our team Account Solutions Denmark. In Account Solutions DK we are responsible for business critical back-end (core) systems holding all customer accounts in Denmark. We deliver customer account information to the channels, such as ATM, Netbanks, Uni-Ex (branch office). It has recently been decided to replace the existing core systems in Nordea with a standard core package from Temenos – T24. The change journey are planned to take app. 5 years including decommissioning of the majority of the existing core / Account domain system. During the change journey it is of highest importance to secure operational stability within the existing account core system as well as supporting the transformation journey to the new core banking platform (CBP program), which is the main responsibility for the manager for Account Solution Denmark. The position we offer As the Business CIO and manager for Account solution Den-mark you work close together with our business partner in Products & Application to secure good planning, prioritisation & execution. The quality perspective in all deliveries is of high priority for you and the team. As head of the unit you are people manager for 16 highly skilled IT professionals, mainly IT developers, and responsible for the overall planning and coaching of the system development work in the unit. Improvements and projects are the main part of our work (maintenance-development-ration for the total of 16 employees is app 3:13), and must be planned in a flexible and dynamic manner. In addition to the 16 employees you will be responsible for a number of locally and in our extended development Centre in India. It will also be part of your responsibility to be IT partner in steering groups for relevant projects. You will refer to head of Account Domain Helena Degerbrink and be part of a Nordic Management team with colleagues from SE, FI and NO. Some travel activity must be expected. The qualifications you need We are looking for an experience leader with strong interpersonal skills, drive and change management capability that has experience of working with distributed teams. Working with this portfolio of business critical systems it is important you have a proactive attitude both to secure stable day-to-day production and to secure time-to-market in development services. Working together with a number of business areas, it is important you have a good business understanding and are able to establish positive relations to many different stakeholders. Since the team during the last couple of years have worked intensively to improve our way of working, among others by implemented SCRUM for part of the work in our team, it would be valuable of you have experience in Agile way of working. As a person you have a drive and commitment to further develop the target picture for the team, and are able to balance risk and change in the way forward. Furthermore you are able to do so with an open mind and a positive attitude together with the team. You communicate in a structured way, both written and spoken, and you are able to cooperate with many stakeholders – projects, domain specialists and management. The working langue is English.
