Carlsberg Group Commercial has a vacancy for an experienced, commercially grounded professional to take on the challenging position as Project Director. Your responsibilities: Business Cycle management •Drive and manage the business planning and commercial review process within GC and align with the regions. •Support the CCO in the preparation and running of ComEx, ensuring that the meeting becomes the key driver of senior commercial alignment and decision making Strategic delivery •Support the CCO, Category VPs and Regions to develop the relevant measures of success for key commercial priorities (category performance, enabling capabilities) coming out of the strategic review (S22) •Ensure the set-up of “light” but relevant monitoring to ensure delivery of the strategy, enable course correction and give visibility to ComEx Innovation management •Align 3-years and annual financial targets to be delivered through innovations by region. •Identify key innovation opportunities by region to deliver 3-years/annual innovation topline/profit gap. •Work in partnership with Regions, Group Commercial category leaders and Group Development to create transparency of innovation portfolio across group, markets and category teams. •Drive ROIC-based prioritization process to select the prioritised global and local projects. •Drive professional innovation portfolio, review meetings with ComEx in partnership with the category teams and the regions. •Consolidate and develop fact-based project portfolio overview to lead innovation portfolio and prioritized discussions with members at ComEx. •Ensure the Project Office function is able to gather, structure, analyse and reconcile information on projects to support the portfolio performance review and the dashboard. •Standardize business case metrics and follow up on compliance. Team leadership •Leadership of a small project office team We are looking for a candidate who: •Is a skilled project manager •Comfortably collaborates at all levels in the organisation.
