Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an experienced Global Project Manager for Danfoss Global Services Logistics. Reporting to the Director of Project Office, your mission is to optimize Danfoss’ logistics setup across our different segments. This includes inbound flows from suppliers to factories as well as outbound flows from factories to distribution centers/ customers. Here you will develop and implement logistics concepts across Danfoss’ segments reducing cost to serve and improving delivery services. This also includes changes to the SAP setup where needed. Your most prominent job is to ensure stakeholder alignment and as such you will have the unique opportunity to build a wide international network. This also gives you an opportunity to accelerate your career within the Danfoss organization.
 
The position is located in Rødekro (Denmark) and since the Global Project Manager will be heading global projects travelling is to be expected.
 
Background and skills
You are an experienced logistics manager/consultant and have backed your experience with a relevant BSc or MSc in Supply Chain Management or similar. Your track record shows successful project management experience, innovative development and implementation of new ways in how to work within an international organization. Moreover, you have:

• experience with SAP and logistics within supply chain
• profound English skills
• drive and the communication skills to lead and create results
• entrepreneurial spirit; an analytical approach and a global, holistic mindset
• ability to maintain strong relationships on every level
