Finance Transformation Project Manager to GN ReSound A/S

This position offers ownership of global enhancement projects safeguarding the future sustainability of GN Resound management information systems. You will be part of a task force with the aim to pave the way for globally aligned processes and system setup. Common for all projects, and key to your success, is your ability to manage projects of high technical character while applying business logic. Together with the Financial Management Information Team you will especially work to •Proactively participate in identifying limitations within current ERP/BI setup, scope solution plans and take lead on implementation •Being a strong project manager and driver regarding the design and implementation of global ERP and BI enhancement projects •Being a strong project manager leading the design and implementation of efficient and globally aligned financial processes across platforms •Gain solid insights in local finance organizations as means to optimize global finance processes, data flow and technical platforms Key success criteria include •The ability to listen to input from business managers and system users in order to generate quality global solutions and buy-in •Solid understanding and personal interest in the mechanics of BI and ERP platforms •Being a motivator with an ability to get people involved and get things done •Taking ownership – the will power to find solutions and drive them through •Flexibility and ability to deliver under time pressure GN Resound has a working culture that gives you the possibility to influence and shape your role. The ideal candidate •Fluent in English •A Degree in Economics or Finance •Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience from the Corporate Finance or IT function of an international production company selling its products through own sales subsidiaries across the globe •A minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in the design and implementation of a global financial system •Willing and able to travel 30-60 days annually Personal qualifications •Respected and enthusiastic hands-on project manager who gets things done within the agreed timeframe •The ability to generate quality solutions through involvement of key players across functions and regions •Personal authority and experience which will generate trust and respect from people you interact with Interested?
