Alfa Laval is a strong and growing organization experiencing increasing demand for our solutions for processing equipment. We are therefore looking for a new Control Panel Designer for our Decanter and waste water automation group. The Control Panel Designer will be responsible for control panels and systems within a wide product range. With this position you will be responsible for every step in the control panel life cycle - from initial description to the final delivery. You will work in an international environment where you will be involved with all facets of the control panel delivery and integration. Key tasks •Design of panel solutions and control systems •Specification of software and testing of panels and equipment •Support to customers and partners within the solutions of our product range •Definition and cost calculations for non-standard solutions •Delivery of documentation for products and projects. Ideal candidate •Electrical engineer with competence in panel construction in electrical drawing system CADDY++ according to EN60204 •Minimum 5 year experience with control system design and testing according to machinery directive •Experience in programming in Siemens Simatic environment •Experience with ATEX and machinery safety rules •Good oral and writing English skills •Good eye for details, with systematic and structured working style.
