Handle external group reporting As Finance Manager Specialist, you join a department consisting of specialists who are responsible for global tasks and processes related to external reporting and compliance. Together, you ensure that the consolidated financial reporting for The LEGO Group is transparent and accurate. You cooperate within the Finance community both locally and globally to: Make sure that our external consolidated reporting is finalised in time and in high quality Ensure that our month end closing process runs smoothly and create impeccable monthly reporting to Corporate Management Prepare accurate estimated Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements Continuously update LEGO® Accounting Policies in accordance with IFRS, with a special focus on fixed assets, plus train relevant internal stakeholders to ensure high quality in our financial data and minimise financial risks Govern corporate policies, ensure compliance and develop a global Finance organisation that has the right controls in place Realise your potential You join a team of specialists in a Centre of Expertise who work with global solutions and the consolidated financial statement through a broad collaboration across the entire LEGO Group. Experience with auditing and external group reporting In this position, you are set in a global environment with many different cultures and thus need to be able to adapt accordingly. To succeed, you: Hold a Master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing plus at least 3 years of experience from an international audit company or international business Have worked with external group reporting and the identification and mitigation of financial risks Have an advantage, if you have practical experience with IFRS and if you are familiar with SAP Are a social and robust colleague who values confidentiality, ethics and integrity Speak and write English effortlessly
