Are you are talented games producer with a proven track record, looking for a new challenge? The role You will be based in Billund, Denmark, where you join the Digital Games team. We have the global responsibility for all games in the LEGO Group, and all your team colleagues - both in Billund and London - are specialists in this field. As a games producer, you support our external partners to deliver games that live up to our high standards, are in line with our brand values and support the core business. More specifically, you will: Deliver high quality games for mobile, PC and console through new and existing development partnerships Ensure that these products meet clear objectives and are fully aligned with our mission Track and report production progress to all stakeholders involved, taking action where needed Drive improvements during development and post launch, using customer and market feedback Ensure that the LEGO® brand is appropriately represented in the games and assist the development teams with approvals of relevant assets Embed the LEGO® values and standards Game development can be a rapidly changing environment and as such, candidates will need to demonstrate a broad range of development management skills including project planning, managing external partners and risks as well as handling IP and brand issues. To have experience across a varied range of properties, genres and platforms is highly desired in order to meet the challenge. However, the opportunities with this exciting role are endless and if successful, the role offers the prospect of working on highly innovative concepts across all media platforms. Video games industry experience and strong project management skills You have at least 5 years of experience from a production role in either games publishing or development You probably hold a relevant degree, but your experience and skills are just as important to us as your educational background Preferably, you have experience with console games, and it would be an advantage to have an interest in or have worked with kids games You are able to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation. This entails strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills as well as experience working with license holders, IPs and other external partners Finally, you are fluent in written and spoken English and a self-starter who can work independently when required Bringing it to life "The LEGO digital games portfolio continues to expand into new platforms and genres. Building on the recent introduction of LEGO® Dimensions, LEGO® Worlds and Nexo Knights, we are looking to discover new opportunities to deliver on high quality digital play experiences to our fans. We continue to broaden these experiences and integrate them closer to physical play themes.
