Our new Manager will have a background from eg. finished goods production and will have a proven record of people management, developing and optimizing processes in a GMP regulated environment. Several new projects are in the pipeline and we need a person who has strong interpersonal skills – robust with natural authority and an easy going attitude. A person who can prioritize and be able to motivate and set clear directions for the Production Support/ Compliance team. This is a position in which you will enjoy freedom, responsibility and the privilege of company development and objectives. Position: You will report to the Associate Director Assembly, Label & Pack, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science. An organization with 70 employees. You will be part of the management group and manage the Production Support/compliance team in the finished goods manufacturing unit. This team consists of 9 highly competent employees (7 academics and 2 technicians). This is an area in strong development with many new production launches and new technologies under implementation. The team is responsible for compliance support to Label & Pack. Your main responsibility will be to initiate and maintain optimization projects and provide analytical and statistical handling of errors. This involves communication with many other departments both at the Hillerød site and in the US. Besides the team and organization are in a high performance development and many exciting leadership tasks are coming up. Responsibilities also include: •Manage internal compliance projects •Ensure and plan daily execution of deviations activities •Initiate and analyze internal deviations and establish comprehensive CAPA’s and relevant training programs to ensure proper follow-up •Prioritize review tasks in accordance with release targets Workplace: Biogen’s European production site in Hillerødoffers a dynamic working environment where more than 600 employe es representing more than 18 different nationalities strive for the best results. The site hosts a large scale facility for manufacturing biologics, an assembly, label and packaging facility, an engineering & facilities organization as well as quality control and quality assurance. Your Professional Qualifications: •Management experience •3-5 years’ experience from production in a GMP environment, preferable with Assembly, Label/pack and Warehouse •Solid knowledge of GMP, regulatory demands and experience with compliance support in a production environment is needed •English proficiency •Analytical and structured and solid experience within compliance problem solving and risk assessment Your Personal Qualifications: •Managerial skills with the ability to ensure development of your employees •Collaborative skills and the ability to navigate simultaneously between many different stakeholders and tasks. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire good working relationships with your colleagues •A strong drive and motivation for implementing various optimization projects independently in line with LEAN •Easy going and open minded with a sense of humor and an ambition to meet the day-to-day challenges with a positive attitude. •You are result oriented and robust •You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and your team Your Formal Education: •An academic degree, Master of Science in Pharmacy and Chemistry or equivalent.
