Would you like a finance position with people management responsibility? Drive global processes, act as a sparring partner to a Corporate Management member and influence an area that delivers toys from concept to launch? Lead a small finance team and drive the over-all finance agenda and sparring You will step into Product and Marketing Development Finance, which is a part of the Corporate Finance-organisation in the LEGO® Group. Here, you manage a team of 2 and drive core financial processes and provide sparring to business stakeholders regarding financial trade-offs and decision making. Your responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and potentially growing your Finance Team Classic finance deliveries, such as leading and driving monthly financial reporting and month-end closing Being partner to a member of Corporate Management and his Leadership Team in questions related to financial investments in development of the LEGO® Product and Marketing portfolio Linking financial deliveries with business insights and commercial decision making Influence marketing and product development financial decisions This is a role of great influence and responsibility, and it is central to a global organisation. You will drive the general financial agenda and give financial overview and clarity, across your and other financial areas as well as towards other business area stakeholders, giving you a broad network. To succeed, you need to have great communication skills, integrity and diplomacy to be able to drive dialogue from a broad end-to-end financial perspective.
