Novo Nordisk’s Global Marketing Graduate Programme develops highly qualified individuals by providing a broad understanding and hands-on experience of global and local pharmaceutical marketing and sales challenges. Current Global Marketing Graduates experience a variety of tasks covering for example cross-departmental project work, internal/external stakeholder management, pre-launch activities, product launch, and lifecycle processes. We focus on personal performance and development, and during the Global Marketing Graduate Programme you will get intensive cross organisational business training and the programme also offer you leadership and teamwork skills development. Requirements To join the Global Marketing Graduate Programme you must have a master’s degree in a relevant subject and have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies.
