Enable others to shine As Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, your role is to conduct expert training of locally based trainers in close collaboration with the Training Network Driver across the global Operations & Planning and Distribution area. With a constant focus on raising BI to the next level by improving others and yourself, your role will include: Training super users, including creating and improving training materials both for content and role training Reporting issues found during training, specifying the needed system changes to ensure that the system meets user needs, and providing a crucial link between IT and the business Supporting the team in various BI tasks on an ad-hoc basis, delivering not only a high output, as well as a high quality level of service Leading yourself and influencing your stakeholders within the direction set by your manager High performance culture with room to play You will join a team with a high level of expertise and big ambitions for the future. Those who can, teach The main challenge in this position is to enable trainers to learn, so they can successfully train others. So, to be a success, you are a natural born facilitator with an open and attentive approach to your trainers' needs. By understanding the best method for the individual student, you vary your training. As such, you enable them to get confidently up in front of a team of students and train others. To facilitate this, you: Are a great listener, used to teaching and leading the way as a good example - any education or training in teaching and developing others is a big advantage Have 2+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence, preferably within Supply Chain and reporting in relation to Planning and/or Distribution Hold a degree in Science or you could be a Production Engineer or similar Have experience with SAP and SAP BW or SAP BO as well as specialist knowledge of BI tools Are excited to get to travel 15 days a year in this position Bringing it to life "You will bring tangible value to trainers globally when you teach them how to perform even better.
