The Technical Supporter will be based at our competency center in Vejle, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? As a Technical Supporter, you will be providing back office as well as on-site support, both onshore and offshore, to project teams and staff conducting installation work at project sites. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Liaising with project teams as regards supporting the set-up of sites as well as tools and resource requests • Providing back office technical support to site management teams on issues related to current installation works (e.g. installation processes, mechanical installations, tools, work instructions, etc.) • Providing on-site technical support to site management staff and being stationed on-site for 1-4 weeks duration • Acting as a substitute for site management staff and being stationed on-site during holidays or due to special circumstances on delegations of approx. 1-4 weeks duration • Continuously updating manuals and other documentation regarding turbines • Supporting the Installation Project Managers on particular projects in the preparation and optimization of site set-ups and site layouts with particular focus on port set-ups • Participating in development of new processes and tools for optimizing the use of resources on installation projects • Being ambassador for our Zero Harm Culture What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a technical education or a mechanical or electrical craftsman’s background combined with experience with project execution, site management contract reading and CDM regulations • You are flexible, supportive and adaptable to changes, and you possess strong problem solving skills • You have the ability to pick up and communicate complicated technical knowledge • You are a dedicated team player thriving in a highly international environment • You are capable of communicating and collaborating with people at all levels • You possess good English skills both orally and in writing • You are an experienced IT user In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
