Senior Manager for a new Business Intelligence Center of Excellence team

Do you have leadership experience and would you like to build a Center of Excellence identity of a newly formed team? And can you establish Business Intelligence as a means of creating insight and enabling better decision making in the LEGO Group's Supply Chain? Establish a Center of Excellence team spirit and drive the BI excellence agenda You will be responsible for establishing our Business Intelligence Center of Excellence consisting of 5 existing employees. Having shaped this team, your mission will be to develop it towards becoming a proactive Center of Excellence. This includes: Leading and motivating your team to being fully devoted to developing the BI capability in the LEGO Group's full Supply Chain Creating the foundation for BI in areas that do not yet have it and ensuring that analysts across the company are equipped with the relevant skills to deliver a better foundation for decision making Delivering excellence through documentation, training and knowledge sharing as well as securing provision of content training and driving a network of super users Facilitating alignment of business definitions and securing up-to-date business report documentation as well as continuously gathering report improvement initiatives using visual management Travelling 20-30 days per year to our distribution hubs and production sites to pave the way for BI, build relations, solve challenges or rally stakeholders Connected community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will connect the dots in order to build and then lift the BI capability. This will give you a deep insight into - and thorough understanding of - our international operations, which plays a significant role in enabling the LEGO Strategy. A natural leader with functional BI understanding and an entrepreneurial spirit You will be challenged on your ability to rally stakeholders and create Business Intelligence buy-in. To facilitate this as well as to take BI from theory to practise and show its advantages, you probably: Hold a BSc. or MSc. combined with 3+ years of BI experience and 2+ years of leadership experience Are able to speak and write English effortlessly Have a track record of maturing capabilities in an organisation and know how to drive change - in terms of mind-set, culture and processes - and use emotional intelligence to guide thinking and behaviour Are a problem solver with lots of initiative who looks forward to defining matters that have previously been undefined and are comfortable reaching quick decisions as well as operating with trial and error Have a passion for BI and are a natural leader who easily uses your great networking skills in a diverse stakeholder gallery Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
