Launch readiness
You will be part of a newly formed team based in Ballerup - consisting of dedicated experts who all share the common goal of launching the next biologic in LEO Pharma. As part of this team you will report to the Senior Director in charge of making this happen in Europe.
Your job as Commercial Manager is to support the launch of Tralokinumab in EU+ in alignment with the global strategy, to secure reach of the strategic business objectives and launch readiness in EU+.
You will independently prepare and support various business analysis’ of and for the European markets, develop reports based on market analytics and drive project management of the European commercialization process. Furthermore you will act as business sparring partner to your manager. Your contribution is a vital part of the foundation for decision-making and the direction for projects as well as business management in general.
Finally, you will organize, prepare and coordinate meetings and support with presentations, keeping the agenda and taking minutes.
The job requires some travel - approximately 30 travel days per year.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a team player with an acute sense balancing the detail and the big picture. You are a self-starter and ready to go through fire, eager to use your business background to support the commercialization of our unique biologic drug for AD.
You most likely have an academic business background, ideally within marketing, finance, business management or communication and you have a couple of years of experience with the pharma industry. You could come with a consultancy background where you have worked with the pharma industry as well. Regardless it is an advantage if you have worked in a multinational setting either regional or global.
You master English at a high level both in written and spoken as well as in-depth experience with the MS office package
