AGC Biologics A/S (AGC) is a global Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) with +850 highly dedicated employees worldwide. At our Copenhagen facility in Søborg, North of Copenhagen, Denmark we are 320 employees coming from more than 40 countries. We have multiple cGMP mammalian and microbial manufacturing lines at a variety of scales – from pre-clinical to commercial.

The position
As our new technician you will become part of an agile department with highly dedicated scientists and technicians. You will be able to work with various microbial fermentation and recovery processes.
As we produce a wide range of products you will work in a dynamic GMP environment with batch execution, batch documentation and optimization of process flows. It is important that you have a genuine interest in being on the shop floor during production and is highly engaged securing batch readiness and release. This, with pre-clinical, clinical and commercial batches for a wide range of customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague that is ready to join a fast-paced agile environment where excellent collaboration skills are essential to our success. We imagine that you have:
- a technical background (technician, operator etc.)
- +4 years of experience with fermentation and recovery processes
- experience working in a cGMP environment
- experience with process optimization
- an interest in maintenance of equipment
- strive in a dynamic environment where changes occur on a short notice
- excellent collaboration competencies
- the ability to speak and write English
