Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Group Data Quality and Governance (GDMO), where we are responsible for the group-wide practices and processes for data quality and governance. We enable the bank to manage the data across the value chain in an effective and compliant manner. Key responsibilities for the role include:  

• Leadership communication up to COO level
• Strategic planning and prioritisation support for Group Data Quality and Governance leadership
• Facilitating Data Governance Community to inform the impacted stakeholders of changes in central processes and practices & progress of key change initiatives
• Supporting teams and projects in change impact assessment and implementation planning (including hands-on support for communication and training execution)
• Supporting the leadership in establishing operational excellence and smooth ways of working

The role is based in Helsinki, Copenhagen. Welcome to a multinational team of enthusiastic data governance and data quality professionals. The role is positioned in an Office team reporting directly to Leyla Akgez-Laakso, working with and supporting the whole Group Data Quality and Governance unit across teams as well as our key stakeholders. Role is a 1,5 year fixed term position with an option of growing to other responsibilities within the unit.

Formal qualifications:

• Previous proven experience of change management in complex environment
• Senior leadership communication experience
• Master's degree
• Excellent English skills
