Milestone Systems is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead and manage our Cloud Services team in Copenhagen. Your main role would be people management and of-course hands-on software Engineering. It is important that you enjoy designing and implementing new functionality and improving or replacing legacy services.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper development and maintenance of Milestone Systems’ licensing system, including licensing administration, licensing activation and other components related to licensing system.
Coaching, leading and driving an inclusive team to support them reach their potential. This will involve many people related activities such as, onboarding, recruitment, performance management and review.
Understand and build on our strategy highlighting the salient areas to re-engineer and support our scalability ambition.

You will be part of discussions and in close collaboration with different stakeholders in different locations. Accordingly, 10-20 travelling days can be expected.

Skills & Experience

Over 5 years of experience within software development industry and experience as a people manager
Professional experience working with Scrum in an agile environment.
Skilled in C# and .NET
Experience in SQL
Experience with cloud technologies will be considered as big advantage.
Strong communication and networking skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Experienced seniors and principals with interest and passion in people management will also be considered.
