Then you could be the new .Net Developer we are looking for in the Danfoss IT department in Nordborg. Working in IT at Danfoss, you will leverage your talent and passion for IT development to support Danfoss in all areas of the company’s software needs. In close cooperation with other experts, you will be part of engineering the sustainable, cutting-edge solutions of tomorrow. Full software development life cycle As our new .Net Developer, it will be your mission to be an expert in our broad spectrum of applications, such as CMS system, internet and intranet applications. You will be working with customer-related applications with backend integration to e.g. SAP, and you will be developing supporting tools to a wide range of areas within the Danfoss organisation. In this role, you will both be developing your own software, developing on top of bought software and integrating third-party software. Your new challenges will be to: •Focus on web-based front-end as well as back-end processing throughout full software development life cycle •Help the business make their needs more specific •Participate in analysis, design, estimation and planning of web applications •Develop, test, implement and support web applications •Ensure documentation You will be part of a department where you have a broad responsibility and assignments, and you can look forward to a wide range of tasks within software development. You will work in close cooperation with numerous stakeholders, both internally at Danfoss and externally with third parties who will be your internal customers in creating business-driven solutions. Software engineer, degree within computer science or similar As a minimum, you hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree in IT or an AP degree in computer science. You have work experience within the field of: •C#.NET, Javascript/jQuery, CSS, CMS systems – HTML 5, ASP.net MVC, MSSQL, WCF •SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, Agile, eXtreme Programming •UI/UX and working knowledge of responsive design •Business applications As a person you: •Are focused on delivery within time and scope •Take initiative and responsibility •Have proven your ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment •Have the ability to handle and prioritise several important tasks simultaneously You have excellent team and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. Moreover, you are energetic, keen to learn new skills and able to build relations and cooperate across borders and cultures. For this reason, you also need to be fluent in English and Danish. The location is flexible as the position can be held at any of Danfoss' Danish locations, e.g. Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, Nordborg.
