Tasks & responsibilities: Your main responsibility...
...will be to assure that issues reducing production on the WTGs are identified and handled and thereby bringing the Lost Production Factor (LPF) down. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues from your own department as well as colleagues in Performance & Diagnostic within our operation area. You will together with your team, be one of the primary resources when it comes to handling critical issues both HSE and Technical.
You will also be responsible for:
- Identify LPF-related tasks and execute tasks to bring down the LPF-level
- Facilitate in updating FAQ/SKD (service knowledge database)
- Drive and implement established procedures and processes
- Technical contact to Customer Management and our service sites
- Key resource in root cause analysis
Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

To succeed in this role, you must have good commercial understanding in a technical context combined with strong analytical skills. You are inquisitive by nature and motivated by understanding complex technical matters.

- Hold an education as Marine Engineer or similar
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Are compliant in relation to processes and have systematic workstyle
- Have good English proficiency
