Job Description

Do you have the drive and competencies to be working actively with business stakeholders to improve onsite findability across channels and being the operational support in managing our Search and Google Analytics? Then we have an interesting opportunity for you, as our new Digital Marketing Consultant.
 
You will become part of the Digital Channels department in Danfoss Business System. The location is either Denmark (Nordborg, Kolding, Aarhus), Germany (Offenbach, Hamburg) or Slovenia (Ljubljana) and requires up to 10% of traveling – this will depend on your main location.
 
The role will suit a self-motivated individual who is eager to make a difference – both in developing their career and skills, but also in delivering innovative projects for a global brand. It will require an organized mind, digital expertise, great people skills and real attention to detail.
 
Drive digital search and strengthen findability
As our new Digital Marketing Consultant, you will act as subject matter expert on onsite search and SEO managing Danfoss’ internal search tools. You will also be subject matter expert and product owner on the GA 360 Suite with focus on Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio providing tactical and operational support on all digital experience platforms across the Danfoss group. Other tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Proactively engage and consult the regional digital specialist and segment stakeholders to improve digital findability through hands-on improvements of search results on both external search engines and onsite Solr (Kibana) search.
• Work closely together with external SEO partner(s) to further improve findability.
• Manage, consult and execute technical implementation of Google tagging across Danfoss account in Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze the performance of digital assets, platforms and advertising campaigns.
• Global corporate support to segments and regions on enhancements, tickets, user maintenance, superuser training and GTM business administration of overall digital experience platforms.

 
Proactive self-starter with excellent search skills
You have 3-5 years of experience managing Google Analytics tagging and configuring Google Tag Manager including but not limited to strong understanding of: data layers, tagging, variables, custom metric set up. Furthermore, you have hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager in web and mobile app environments, and extensive experience and track record in SEO and experience working with optimization of onsite search.
 
On a personal note, you work effectively under pressure with strict time constraints, which is why you can manage high-volume projects in a fast-paced data-focused environment. You are known for your open mind and communicative approach to colleagues and customers, enabling you to build relations and cooperate across cultures and geography. At the same time, you pay attention to detail and have a sense of quality permitting you to come up with the right solutions, and you are willing to make the necessary decisions. As we are a global organization, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
