Are you ready to use your expertise in digital asset management (DAM) to set the direction for a team of specialists and with that team ensure the successful implementation and further development of a new DAM solution across the LEGO® Group. Set the course for an exciting new digital journey You will manage the newly established Digital Asset Management team of 6, while bringing a functional expertise to the area. The DAM solution (based on ADAM 5) will go live very soon, and your role will be to: Manage and further develop the system so that it, in time, can perform other functions. Your focus is on how to do this in the smartest possible way Lead, manage and engage your team and define clear roles and responsibilities Take responsibility for digital and graphic workflows with the aim of creating a simplified structure around digital, print and video asset production Ensure that external partners who create digital assets deliver high quality at the right price Communicate and collaborate with departments across the LEGO Group regarding the new interface, ensuring that the solution is implemented successfully Be part of the Graphic Solutions Leader Team Collaboration shapes everything we do Working as a Manager of Digital Asset Management gives you the opportunity to lead your team to deliver and implement a simple intuitive solution with effective workflows.
