We are looking for an ambitious person with a marketing or communications background to be the backbone in the Business Development and Marketing Management Department (BD & MM). This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience with global marketing and branding at the LEGO® Group. Secure that everything works according to plan You provide your 7 colleagues in BD & MM Department with the professional administrative assistance required in a global, professional and ambitious work environment. More specifically, you: Provide admin support to the Senior Director for BB & MM and the Marketing Integration Network (MIN) which includes e.g. calendar Management, taking minutes, travel and purchase orders, agenda setting, follow-up on actions, and driving all practicalities Inspire the marketing organization by sharing best practises, maintain and develop our global marketing sharepoint site and secure that all key information is available Support our bi-annual marketing summit Support BB & MM team on various tasks connected to brand and marketing initiatives Help us achieve our mission of inspiring children At the LEGO® Group, we are all about a sense of adventure and wonder and what you can achieve if you really put your heart and soul into it. To be successful in this position, you: Are educated to degree level or equivalent within marketing or communications Have at least a year's experience in marketing handling and/or handling administrative tasks Have a strong analytical mind-set and the ability to balance several tasks and projects at once in a complex environment with many stakeholders and varying tasks of different complexity Excellent communication skills - you speak and write fluent English.
