Corporate lawyer for Novozymes Legal As legal counsel you will work on exciting legal issues, be part of a whip-smart group of in-house lawyers, and the projects and cases you will take on will challenge you to think business and legal issues in a global setting. We are business savvy lawyers that negotiate, capture and protect business deals providing high quality legal services. As a corporate lawyer focusing on providing legal services in respect of our sourcing activities, you will have the strategic legal responsibility of advising key functions that deal with purchasing of equipment, consumables and services as well as investments in our facilities and factories around the world. In addition, you will be responsible for driving the global legal team’s knowledge management work. Novozymes Legal has offices in Denmark, USA and China with a total of 14 employees. The job is based in Bagsværd and requires approximately 20 travel days per year. In this position you need to have: A Master's degree in Laws and preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Experience should preferably include work on sourcing agreements, IT agreements and/or construction agreements Excellent English skills Real talent for drafting and negotiating contracts Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
