Copenhagen / Local / Commercial-Sales-Business Development / Ref.: MO-077433 As a key member of the Danish Business Unit Commercial Function you will provide DBU Commercial advice and support, with a key focus on long term gas sales agreements and gas projects. We Offer Great opportunity to build knowledge of Maersk Oil’s Danish portfolio, business and growth strategy in a commercial context, whilst further strengthening stakeholder negotiation and influencing skills. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead, you will focus on: • Account management for long term gas sales agreements • Gas sales commercial operations • Notifications • Gas sales operating agreements, lifting, balancing and allocation • Gas development and infrastructure project support • Other project support within the commercial function Who we are looking for • 5-10 years Oil and Gas experience, in particular experience within gas • Contract arrangement, Commercial operations, negotiations and risk management competence • Capable of understanding, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and modifying existing agreements • Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders including growing internal and external networks Last application date: 14 July 2015.
