Your Responsibilities: In addition to developing “the journey” that we will create and communicate to our clients, your responsibilities will also include: •Directing strategy formulation, market intelligence, strategic plan development and implementation of „go-to-market plans”. •Developing Heat Maps for customer segments •Optimizing Offer and Value Proposition, including products and services across Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Division and also across the Danfoss Group in order to develop customer based solutions •Preparing Market Activation Plan by understanding macroeconomic and demographic trends that would impact customer segments and determine size and growth potential •Understanding customer needs and issues, together with his buying trends – being able to capture and function as “voice of customer” •Determining addressable customer needs and value drivers of the prioritized customer segments in order to assess real value, through formulating Value Pricing •Understanding product and solutions offerings and services in relation to competitors •Serving as Hub for sharing customer segment intelligence and expertise across the Division and the Group •Promoting the needs and value potential of prioritized customer segment within the organization •Generating innovative ideas and joint responsibility with regional product management to manage new product development •Collaborating across the organization to synthesize customer insights •Integrating Global strategy within local implementation •Coordinating with field sales organization and regional organization to implement marketing programs Your Profile: The ideal candidate will have a proficient knowledge of strategic product management and minimum 5 years of hands on experience in refrigerating and cooling systems within industrial, commercial and supermarket refrigeration.
