Lead the way in key business projects transforming strategic ambitions from brief to reality As a Project Manager you will be a vital part of the change management process that will establish the foundation for continued growth for LEGO Education. The LEGO Education Project Management team is part of Operations in LEGO Education but operates across LEGO Education with primary focus on the Solution Experience and Solution Marketing activities spanned by strategy projects, new solution development activities and portfolio management. The projects which you will head up will establish strong cross-portfolio platforms for future developments of seamlessly integrated physical and digital learning solutions. You will take active part in developing the project management team where agile project management and visual project management will be focus areas. In continuation hereof your main responsibilities will be: Inherently you will focus on executing strategic business projects and at the same time be able to take on the responsibility for driving novelty projects and portfolio management and ensure project execution on time and budget while ensuring solid stakeholder management. Secure that all solutions you bring to market are balanced to meet customers’ needs in terms of quality and price/value while concurrently achieving internal profitability targets. Drive general project management consisting of establishing strong project plans capturing dependencies across solution components and departments and execute accordingly. Lead the teams and solve potential team conflicts proactively by addressing roles and responsibility across the functional areas involved in the projects. Bridge hardware, digital and curriculum development activities which involve aligning different project execution models (scrum vs. waterfall). In this position, you will be challenged on your capability to work with different competences and nationalities but not being the specialist yourself except in project leadership and value chain understanding.
