The position The position is in the Support team and the main task will be to take care of cross functional tasks to support the Manufacturing teams in relation to cleaning report writing/coordination and production planning. Main purpose of the position: The role as technician/scientist will include the following areas of responsibility: Cleaning coordinator Gather cleaning results after cleaning verification of equipment. Write cleaning reports for cleaned equipment. Coordinate with QC, Manufacturing and QA regarding urgency of results/reports so cleanings are approved and equipment is operational when required. Production planning Give suggestions for scheduling of batches in the production plan and assess impact on changed schedule. Update and maintaining SmartBoard plan for scheduling, planning, overview. Report KPI to Project Management and Finance. Documents Write cleaning reports. Update cleaning protocols. Prepare data trends for cleaning verification results. Writing of Deviation Investigation Reports. Update of documents (revisions, compliance updates). Preparation of logbooks. Archiving. Your profile and experience You are an experienced technician or scientist. You have cGMP experience within the pharmaceutical industry. You have knowledge from production and cleaning of equipment. You are organized and have good planning skills. You have very good IT knowledge (Word and especially Excel). You are able to work cross-functional with several departments in order to coordinate and control planning and cleaning report approval. You can talk, write and read in English. As a person, you have a positive attitude and think proactively. You are dynamic with the ability to operate and manage changes and have the ability to keep the overview and prioritize - also when you are busy. Finally, you are a goal oriented team player, a good collaborator and have good communication skills.
