- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg We are looking for a new colleague to take up a position as Clinical Trial Administrator. If you are motivated by being part of a trial management team for the planning and execution of clinical activities, you may be our new Clinical Trial Administrator in Haemophilia, Clinical Operations. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. About the department Clinical Operations, Haemophilia is a team of 70 highly skilled and ambitious colleagues responsible for the planning and execution of clinical trial activities in accordance with the Product Development Plans within haemophilia and rare bleeding disorders. The scope of our activities is phase 1 to 4 clinical trials and non-interventional studies in collaboration with Novo Nordisk affiliates. Our environment is characterised by a vast global network with challenging assignments in a project centric organisation. The job As Clinical Trial Administrator you will part of team assisting one or more International Trial Managers who are responsible for conducting clinical trials and non-interventional studies. Your main responsibility will be to manage the administrative tasks for the trial management team. These tasks include preparation and follow-up of budget, assist the study team in meeting planning, execution, and taking minutes, and preparation and maintenance of trial master files according to Novo Nordisk Standard Operational Procedures. The responsibilities also include update of relevant clinical IT systems (e.g. IMPACT) and websites, and preparation of study status to management and coordination of study newsletters. Qualifications Your educational background could include a bachelor degree, preferably within IT or science, with at least two years of experience with similar tasks in the medical/pharmaceutical industry. You are proactive, a team player, have an analytical mind set and a structured approach to solving tasks. You are able to work independently and have preferably a good understanding of project management. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment with a service minded attitude. It is expected that you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably with a general flair for IT systems.
