Thus, you will play an important role in influencing how we work as you work across the organization to support growth. Join the Insights team We are a small team of 2 colleagues and part of the Marketing department. Here, you will work closely with another Insights Manager who handles customized research. As a team, we work across the organization with R&D, IT, Marketing and the different business areas to make sure the relevant data is available to the organization. As such, we gather data, which we report as insights for business decisions, highlighting business opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. Collect and analyze market data You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing market data and bringing it alive by sharing and consulting internally. This entails evaluating existing and potential products, services and markets to support growth plans and development. As such, you support market decisions by working cross functions and with the Insights team based on market data gathered from external sources and by monitoring competitors. This helps you develop, maintain and implement our strategic market model to determine the development and changes in the market. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to create and implement the competitor monitoring program to identify and monitor competitors’ initiatives and performance. At the same time, you have a strong focus on engaging with analyst agencies to gather data and provide market insights. Analytical mind-set and strong forecasting skills • You are an experienced Demand Planner, Business Intelligence Manager or Insights Manager with experience in working with various data bases/sources and a strong acumen in forecasting or market models. • You possess a Master’s degree - probably from CBS • Your experiences are probably from the Electronics, Medico, Finance or FMCG industry. • You have strong Excel skills and are able to carry out reporting. • You possess strong presentation and communication skills in English. As a person, you possess a strong analytical mind-set combined with a good commercial understanding, which enables you to synthesize data to tell a holistic story. Moreover, you have a proactive approach and are able to work independently to gain insights which you will then share with your team. As such, being team-oriented is also top of mind, and you understand how to work collaboratively with cross functional partners. Would you like to know more?
