Location : Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : Telecommunications Requirements: •Min. Bachelor level within Computer or Telecommunication •Strong background in Linux and UNIX •Good knowledge of Oracle •Experience with Ethernet protocols, and can maintain the Router and switch •Knowledge about SS7 protocol, SMSC/MMSCVMS/ and associated products and protocols such as SMPP, ISUP etc. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, programming and trouble shooting skills •Fluent in English •Self-motivated and able to work effectively in teams Able to travel to Central/East Europe and Nordic area approx. 20% of the time Responsibilities: •System installation environment survey •Software Installation, interface integration, acceptance and migration includes SMSC/MMSC/VMS, under the project management •System maintenance and provide 2nd line of technical support to customer, fix the system issues with the support from 3rd line of technical support •Report to customer and coordinate internally to meet maintenance agreement with customer.
