Want to make a difference with high visibility? 
We are looking to fill a temporary position in the Strategy & Transformation team in Corporate Services (CS). This is a super exciting role where you’ll be involved in many of the key strategic initiatives across the entire Corporate Services business as well as running some of the crucial day-to-day implementation of the strategic and transformation agenda.
 

This position is based in Nets HQ Ballerup, Denmark.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Work closely with SVP of Strategy and Transformation to craft the CS Strategy and Transformation agenda and ensure this is understood, owned and pushed hard by the entire organization
• Interact on a regular basis with the Group leadership team, EVP of Corporate Services, and the full management team of CS
• Prepare relevant documentation for CS management team, Ex Co, board and owners
• Engage across all levels of the organization to identify issues, craft solutions, and create ownership of initiatives on the CS strategic/transformation agenda
• Own and drive tracking and measurement of progress against the CS agenda (KPIs, milestones etc.)
• Independently own and drive selected strategic initiatives; challenge and support stakeholders in this process – across all layers of the CS and Nets Group organization

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Higher education, preferably with a degree in business or technology
• It would be great if you have experience from working with strategy and transformation, either in a similar industry or at a top tier company in another industry
• Experienced in dealing with a diverse set of stakeholders and proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of interacting with Executive Committee / senior management stakeholders
• A proven track record of delivering materials to senior stakeholders
• Fluent in Danish (or other Scandinavian language) and in English, oral as well as written
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to support the above

 

In terms of personal qualities, you have gravitas and presence, you are action oriented and pragmatic. You should have a proven ability to get things done, simplify when needed, focus on what moves the needle, see practical solutions and compromises. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to absorb complex and comprehensive information - and extract the essence and link this back to business priorities and value creation levers. You should be able to communicate direct and to the point, still honouring the Nets Values, being accountable, customer driven and together.
