Are you an ambitious and visionary leader with outstanding organisational and EPCI project management experience, and do you want to be part of developing our organisation and executing our Renescience waste treatment and industrial biogas plants globally?

 

Join us and become Head of EPC & Construction Management in our GWS EPC organisation. Green Waste Solutions (GWS) is responsible for pursuing new growth within bioenergy. Renescience is an innovative new technology within waste recycling. Our goal is to be the world leader within sustainable, efficient and intelligent use of the resources in waste from households, farming and forest. Another important ambition of GWS is to build, own and operate industrial biogas plants. This position is a newly created position based on the company’s green growth ambition.

 

As Head of EPC& Construction Management, you’ll be responsible for securing timely EPC and construction management competences and services for our global GWS asset project pipeline. You’ll be part of the global GWS EPC management team.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• head the organisational development of a newly established unit
• be responsible for people and knowledge management in the GWS EPC & Construction Management organisation
• develop and ensure best-in-class EPC managers, site, HSE and risk managers, planners and project assistants to support the GWS asset project pipeline
• develop and execute competence, safety and quality roadmaps for GWS EPC projects
• manage and coordinate EPC & Construction Management activities (portfolio level).

 

In addition, you’ll handle process and project management tasks in a growing organisation, establish and maintain relevant relations to internal stakeholders, EPC suppliers and consultancies as well as ensuring that framework agreements for GWS EPC & Construction Management services and competences are in place.

 

Your competences include that you

• have an engineering degree and a strategic and profound safety mindset
• are experienced in managing complex projects
• have strong leadership skills and proven experience with line management in a matrix organisation
• are proactive and use a systematic approach to your work tasks
• speak and write English fluently.

 

In addition, you’re able to create good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and thrive in an international environment; having experience as EPCI PM for an industrial plant or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
