We are looking for an IT Business consultant that can build, improve and optimise Vestas aftermarket solutions using SAP C4C. You’ll be right in the middle of a key part of Vestas strategy and business, with an exciting time of rapid growth ahead of us, driving many changes in the business of servicing wind power plants. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by shaping the way IT innovation creates business value. You will you an ambitious team of 6 internal IT Business consultants. We interact with our colleagues in business and ensuring end-to-end responsibility for IT within each team. We integrate business & IT planning, linking business initiatives and IT demands. We clarify business outcome by accurate requirements, business cases and roadmaps. We work with a high degree of outsourcing ensuring that we can scale our capacity to meet business demands. Responsibilities and Tasks Trusted advisor to create target architecture for CRM processes You will have a leading role in the definition and execution on the roadmap for our SAP C4C enabled processes. More specifically, you will participate in projects and: Collaborate with business and solution architects in IT to define, develop and communicate value driven solutions taking into account cross-functional business objectives Ensure the right quality in the solution design and delivery from our Indian vendors Own the C4C IT roadmap capturing service business demands, the derived IT scopes and associated business cases Support prioritization and budgeting of business demands with a clear understanding of value, scope, impact and cost On top of you strong professional SAP C4C/CRM background your personal competencies are of outmost importance: Desire to drive and lead change Strong team player with a focus on results Thrives in an environment with tight deadlines and ambitious targets Ability to constantly seek and deploy new knowledge Desire to interact with, coach and guide others What we offer: You will be offered a unique career opportunity in an exciting business with challenging and demanding tasks.
