Would you like to become a part of the Hejre Development Project team and help support the execution of the largest field development project in the Danish sector of the North Sea? Join us and become Administrative Project Support in the Hejre Development Project. This is the largest project in the Danish sector of the North Sea in years and will significantly boost Denmark’s status as being self-sufficient in oil and gas. The field is located in the central part of the North Sea near the Danish-Norwegian border. The development of the Hejre field entails installing new offshore facilities, comprising a combined accommodation, wellhead and processing platform with production taking place from five new wells. The department is a part of Exploration & Production which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility Together with the administrative team, you are the focal point for ensuring the execution of the day-to-day administrative tasks. You will also support our Korean site in cooperation with the administrative team in Korea. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •prepare and develop standard reports, eg in Excel, SharePoint and PIMS •carry out tasks in SAP and maintain project organisation charts in Visio •follow up on and ensure that project descriptions are in place and updated for all project team members •establish and maintain project information Workspace and Project Information Wall •support administrative tasks in the consultants' recruitment process and offer general support to project team members. Your profile You have a bachelor's degree or other equivalent academic background. In addition, you must have strong skills in both written and spoken English. Furthermore, you have strong IT skills and experience with Visio, SharePoint and Intra. As a person, you are self-motivated team player. You are open and positive with a can-do and change-welcoming altitude. You have a structured approach to your work, with focus on details when needed, and with the drive to execute and complete tasks.
