The Business Finance and Analytics department in Region Europe is seeking a dynamic and driven Director, with a strategic mind-set, strong analytical skills, focus on people development and a passion for delivering great results.
About the department
The department consists of 7 talented employees that in a high-pace environment deliver top-class financial and market analysis used for decision making on a European level.
The Position
The primary role of this position is to ensure top-class finance partnering to the European Leadership team and ensure simple and efficient financial planning and controlling across Region Europe. This includes ensuring optimal resource allocation and fact-based decision-making at all levels.
Together with the team, the Director iss expected to drive strategic initiatives within the financial area in close collaboration with Internal Stakeholders.
You will continuously monitor and proactively address critical performance areas and initiatives to mitigate financial and business risks. Also, it is expected to ensure that key market opportunities and challenges are understood and proactively handled through fact-based recommendations.
Qualifications
You hold an MBA/MSc or relevant business education along with senior leadership education & training. Experience within Finance, Market Analysis, SF Execution is ideal.
In addition, you have more than 10 years working experience across different functions and responsibility and including several years in the pharmaceutical industry. Along with more than 5 years of people management responsibility, multicultural and cross functional working experience with strong English language proficiency.
