Passion for commercial HR and love for beer is key factors in this Senior HR Business Partner role. Anchored in the Corporate HR team, you will in this role support one of the departments of Carlsberg Breweries A/S.

Generally you will be responsible for people initiatives such as recruitment, training deliverables, organizational development as well as transactional processes.

You will be the main contact for HR matters at all levels of the organization with support from the HR Operations team.

Your key responsibilities will be to deliver people solutions and support covering the full HR value chain to the company. Our environment is truly international and represents a multi-cultural mix. Given the headquarters’ high concentration of senior executives, managers and highly skilled specialists in strategic areas, you will take part in- and work in a demanding environment. You will become part of a highly motivated team located at Central Office in Valby in “Carlsbergs Byen”.

The job
You will act as the single point of contact on people matters and will be a trusted advisor towards the managers and people in Group Commercial- this area includes Group Development.

You will be expected to deliver professional, on time support and proactively respond to the needs of the organization. It is essential you have strategic HR experience from a commercially oriented organization. Your role will focus on the functional needs, timing and strategy, but will be anchored firmly in the HR community and its people strategy, processes and tools.

The partnering role also has stakeholders outside of Denmark and in general, has an international perspective.

In short, you will be working in the following areas:

• Executing on HR agenda and plan for respective function
• Acting as partner to business leaders, thus supporting achievement of business goals through people agenda and processes
• Recruitment including contract negotiation for local and international employees
• Support to managers on talent and performance management
• Partner with managers on the budget for training and people.
• Facilitating workshops/capability development events
• Coaching managers on personnel matters
• Heading change management processes in respective function
• Engaging with line managers to create individual development plans and tracking of execution of development plans.
• Ad hoc operational tasks.

 

Your profile
You currently work in a similar role in a large regional or global company and have an in-depth knowledge of supporting the staff function of an international company. You are proficient in business transformation and change management. Ideally, you have several years of experience from an HR business partner role. Preferably, you also have international experience and have proven experience of working in a corporate headquarters environment. Your HR toolbox is extensive, and you have hands-on experience of the practical part of talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment contract negotiations and management facilitation.

You are capable of supporting international managers and thrive in a multi-cultural environment. You feel confident in working with highly qualified managers at all levels and have a genuine interest in supporting an organization with strong business acumen and a professional HR approach in order to enhance the financial bottom line. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.

You have a personal drive and are capable of keeping the long-term perspective even when you work with daily routine tasks. You are fairly outgoing, stakeholder-oriented and good at establishing professional networks. Finally, yet nevertheless importantly, you are a team player who contributes to team objectives and collaboration.
