Do you have solid experience from setting up and maintaining web platforms and ensuring a continuous content flow? Then you might be a good match for the Online Team at Oticon Medical! You will be situated in the Danish part of our HQ in Smoerum - just outside Copenhagen. Excellence in Development and Management of web content In your new job, you can look forward to becoming part of a dedicated 5-person online team responsible for developing, implementing and rolling out digital channels in cooperation with an array of business stakeholders. The team operates the Oticon Medical web platform and the social media channels. You will drive and execute on web content strategy in strong collaboration with Product Management, Social media manager and various business content owners. It is important that all content is aimed at creating results, and that it serves a specific and valuable purpose (awareness, conversion, self-service, information) to both the visitor and the business. To ensure this, you will define KPI’s, monitor KPI’s, evaluate on KPI’s, and make sure, that we conclude and drive the optimization opportunities available. On an operational level you will be responsible for creating attractive and competitive content for our websites in collaboration with content owners (product management, clinical, regulatory, events, etc.). You will drive and specify new master solutions/page templates in strong collaboration with web consultants and also upload master content (text content, graphics, animations, application data). Finally, you will be responsible for our SEO management and web analytics. Therefore, you will always have focus on the master keyword list, recommendations from external agencies, best practices and constantly tweak the content. And you will enable tracking on key online content/assets while monitoring its performance. Your working days will be truly diverse. But summed up you will be working with: Web content strategy Web content development Web content management SEO (SEM) management Web analytics Graphical development and handling Experience In order for you to be able to perform well in this position, we expect you to hold a relevant educational background (BA or MA level) from either communications, journalism or marketing. As a person, you are structured and systematic and never lose track of the project or the involved stakeholders – even when there is a tough time pressure and you are balancing a great variety of projects simultaneously. You have an inner drive and great communication skills and personal power making you a trustworthy and appreciated partner for your internal stakeholders within the organization. In relation to hard skills, you are an expert in developing and managing high quality web content. You master CMS (preferably Sitecore) and know how to perform basic operations in Adobe Photoshop. Furthermore you have a strong SEO (and SEM) experience and strong Google Analytics (& Adwords) experience.
