Som receptionist vil du arbejde med telefonpasning, besvarelse af mail, tjek ind og ud, afregning, gæsteservice, house keeping, bookingkanaler og naturligvis gæsteservice.
Forventninger
Vi forventer du har minimum 1 års receptionserfaring fra hotel.
Vi forventer du kan flydende dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
Vi forventer du kan tysk i tale.
Fordele
Erfaring med hotelsystem Spectra er en fordel.
Erfaring fra konferencehotel er en fordel.
