The Manager of Communications and Public Affairs for Denmark is in charge of CC&PA related tasks within the country. As a direct partner to the local management, she/he consults the business on all aspects of communications and public affairs. Based on the local business and sales strategy, the Manager of Communications and Public Affairs will develop a tailored strategy and activities to contribute to the business goals within Denmark.  

The role holder will also support the EMEA team and corporate level teams with country specific information and insights, and by this contribute to the overall CC&PA strategy for the North Europe & Middle East region. She/he will identify opportunities and take action after alignment with local and functional management. Eventually the Manager of Communications and Public Affairs for Denmark will also support the development and execution of the company wide communication strategy.  

What are my responsibilities?

· Develop and implement a strategy for PA, Internal and External Communications for Denmark based on Corporate CC&PA Strategy. By this, you are to refine the company's core messages to ensure brand consistency.

· Based on the regional CC&PA strategy: develop and implement specific activities designed to raise company brand and reputation.

· Cultivate and maintain institutional relationships and represent SGRE at main Associations of the Sector.

· Advocate (directly and indirectly through our membership to associations) about regulatory topics to foster our activity in the country.

· Advance the company's position with relevant constituents.

· Consult regional CEO and Management team to support organizational goals and objectives with Communications and Public Affairs activities. Identify relevant input and communication goals based on specific business needs for regional and overall CC&PA planning processes.

· You are to act as direct SGRE representative and contact person for stakeholders in Denmark and enhance relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences.

· Seek any opportunities for SGRE in the field of Public Affairs and Communications that may be of interest for the company as opinion leader in the Country for Renewable Energy Solutions: Events, conferences, editorial content, public discussion etc.

· As we are a listed company, any news that could affect our shares have to be checked and coordinated with the ExCo and IR and sometimes has to go out to the stock exchange before communicating anywhere. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Excellent English communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact in a professional manner with stakeholders. Knowledge of key company business practices and processes. Familiar with specific conditions and stakeholders in the French renewables and wind power market.

· Sound judgment and professionalism in all aspects of the position. Able to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively.

· Ability to works closely with company peers, directors, departmental personnel as well as external related parties. Consistently exhibit company values in all interactions with all stakeholders.

· You will work on your own initiative, informing and reporting formally to the Head of EMEA CC&PA on all relevant issues and on the progress of individual tasks. You will manage effectively and efficiently your own workload.

· Demonstrate awareness of regulatory changes and best practices in the sector. You possess knowledge of and the ability to develop key practices within the areas of responsibility.
