About the department The Strategic Analytics team in Insights & Forecasting is part of Commercial Planning in Marketing & Medical Affairs, and it focuses on analysing market dynamics, identifying trends and forecasting market development, as well as providing insightful analyses to senior management and key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. The job You will be part of a highly motivated, customer-centric and performance-driven team in a position which offers broad insight into the Novo Nordisk worldwide business, active participation in cross-functional projects and international exposure and collaboration with teams across departments and geographies. Your responsibilities will include forecasting of product sales by key product and key market, assessment of sales potential of products in late development, and analysis of data and critical business information from various sources to shape recommendations and strategic decisions. You will also be deeply involved in communicating key insights and analyses to relevant stakeholders across the organisation. Qualifications Ideally you will have the following qualifications: A master degree in Business/Economics/Mathematics/Engineering, experience in product sales forecasting and market analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, and robust numerical and analytical problem-solving skills. On a personal level is it important that you can work both independently and in teams, have solid communication and influencing skills, are fluent in English, and have proficiency with Excel.
