ECCO is looking for an ambitious International Trainee for a Consumer Insights career track, which is part of our Brand Management division in our headquarters in Southern Denmark. You will get the opportunity to work in an analytical environment, being a central source of insight supporting internal product and brand development teams. You will gain global insights into consumers, markets and understanding of the product, sales and brand equity. Through this role, you will be involved in various surveys and analyses across collection development, global campaign and our global brand performance. With a desire to facilitate insights and dive into a large amount of data, you will be able to add value to this team and contributing to developing consumer & market insights to support key decisions on product and brand. Job Profile: •Collect and analyse market data from surveys to support strategic decision making •Explore consumer segmentation behaviour and bring consumers “to life” across global teams •Build competitive understanding from competitor profiling and monitoring •Support brand Tracking programme and activations in regions •Conduct ad hoc consumer tests •Regular cooperation with various global teams such as Marketing, Design & Concept Lab Qualifications and Work Experience: •A relevant bachelor degree with focus on economics, marketing, business strategy or similar •Technical and analytical focus with good problem-solving skills •Ambitious and hard-working with an eye for detail •Thrive on challenges; enjoy having many things to do at the same time and in an autonomous role •Quality-oriented and results driven •Ability to meet deadlines •Possess global mind-set •Globally mobile •Knowledge of other languages on top of English language is a distinct advantage We offer: Come walk the world with us!
