Job ID: 193895 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time For our Site Training team within the Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Technical Trainer who is eager to play an important part in the on-site training of our technicians within Offshore. As a Technical Trainer, you will be part of a team who defines the training requirements and delivers on-site training to hundreds of employees and contractors worldwide. What are my responsibilities? As a Technical Trainer, your main responsibilities will cover: • Actively contribute to the continued development of our on-site training setup • Provide technical related support to our training development team in connection with the development of training modules • Conduct on-site training sessions for our technicians • Proactively communicate with the project sites identifying areas or topics suitable for on-site training, all in support of the continued development of our technicians In this position, travel activities must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a technical background from the wind industry and are ready to utilize your knowledge in instructing others. Preferably, you have experience as a competent technician in either installation or commissioning from Offshore or Onshore. • You are motivated by standing in front of people taking the trainer role and transferring ideas to solutions • It comes naturally to you to navigate in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation changes from day to day • Moreover, you have a structured, solution oriented and an analytical approach to your work • You are self-driven but also possess a great sense of team spirit • The trainings will mainly be conducted in English so it is important that you are fluent orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
