Then you could be our new Software Engineer at Danfoss in Gråsten. You will join our team of nine skilled and committed colleagues in a highly innovative environment. We offer you a unique job opportunity where you will be able to put all your technical skills into play and have a decisive influence on development projects. Develop, participate and contribute through full project cycle Working with the latest technology and with reference to the Functional Manager, Motor Control Software, your mission will be to participate in and contribute to one of our largest projects within motor control. You will be a significant part of full project cycles from specification to validation and release through software product lines and platforms. With a solid understanding of real-time embedded software technologies, you will secure that development projects meet the deadlines and quality objectives. Other areas of responsibility will be: •Participate in successful introduction of Model Based Development and tools for automated code generation and continuous integration •Maintain the existing platform and ensure high quality in all deliveries •Perform debugging at application and hardware/software level •Manage and coordinate development activities with both internal and external stakeholders Knowledge sharing and teamwork We expect you to hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science, topped with experience in developing real-time embedded software. Alternatively, if you are a less experienced software engineer or maybe a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to grow and gradually release your potential in the role. You have experience with C and Mathworks MATLAB/Simulink, and knowledge of Power Electronics, Digital Signal Processing, Python Scripting and Agile Software Development. Your trademark is high quality and on-time project deliveries, and you possess drive for performance and determination for winning. Knowledge sharing and teamwork are important parts of the team’s values, and it is equally important that you are motivated by working closely together in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders and take on responsibility for the joined outcome.
