Level 2 Customer Service and R&D under one roof At Sennheiser Communications, we develop, produce and sell premium quality headsets to a global market. For our growing professional customer base, we are increasing our support services and have recently established a worldwide level 2 support line team with base in Ballerup, Denmark. In this position you will be the key contact to our level 1 customer support base and will have direct contact to key accounts and sales representatives. For all escalated issues from their side, you find and document solutions. Specifically, your tasks comprise: •Level 2 support for all escalated issues from level 1 support line •Direct customer contact for issues from key accounts and our sales teams •Swift and focused interaction with customers (tickets, phone, email) •Focus on finding first time resolution based on your technical expertise •Liaising with our Quality department and 3rd parties for issue detection, escalation, diagnosis, resolution and efficient handling towards the customer •Documentation and reporting management •Building a knowledge library for all support queries and solutions in cooperation with level 1 support line •Compilation and dissemination of instruction manuals (written, video, …) and other important information from R&D to customers and Level 1 support line Customer focus and technical expertise At Sennheiser Communications, we strive to achieve premium quality of our products and also in handling any issues our customers might have.
